ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Previous private house experience, confident driver, strong wardrobe management skills, technically savvy, Russian speaker would be a bonus
A high-profile client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Travelling Butler to provide exceptional and tailored services across multiple private residences and during global travel. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in private household settings, be technically savvy, a confident driver, and possess excellent wardrobe management skills. The role requires adaptability, the ability to anticipate needs, and to be one step ahead in all situations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. A Russian speaker is preferred, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Valet & Butler Services
- Offer comprehensive support tailored to the client’s personal needs and preferences.
- Set up and serve formal and informal dining, ensuring high service standards.
- Work closely with the Personal Assistant and other staff to ensure seamless coordination of household activities across different locations.
- Oversee front-of-house responsibilities, including welcoming guests and managing the overall atmosphere (lighting, music, etc.).
- Maintain and manage household inventories, ensuring sufficient stock levels of essentials.
- Ensure all personal devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) are charged, functional, and ready for use at all times.
- Assist with meal preferences, focusing on healthy options, and prepare supplements and vitamins daily.
- Clean and maintain personal items, including toiletries.
- Handle full wardrobe management: managing clothing, caring for luxury fabrics, and ensuring readiness for travel.
- Pack, unpack, and manage all luggage, ensuring it is organised and ready for every trip.
- Oversee the setup of personal rooms when travelling, ensuring comfort and familiarity.
- Conduct personal shopping and run errands as required.
Security & Driving
- Serve as the principal's driver for both local and international locations.
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, fuelled, and ready at all times.
- Plan travel routes efficiently, considering time, traffic, and security.
Personal Assistance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications directed to the principal.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as printing, organising documents, and conducting research as necessary.
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments, liaising with other team members and Personal Assistant.
- Set up and manage online calls, video conferences, and podcast recordings, ensuring all technology and scheduling run smoothly.
Medical Protocol & Bio-hacking Management
- Manage and maintain all bio-hacking equipment, ensuring devices are functional and ready for use.
- Oversee the client’s medical and supplement schedules, sending reminders and ensuring adherence to all protocols.
Candidates must have previous private house experience be technically savvy, a confident driver and have strong wardrobe management skills. You should have the ability to work independently and, in a team, with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Proactive and always one step ahead in planning and executing tasks. Flexibility to travel extensively. Russian speaker would be a bonus. This is a live out position when in the UK and accommodation is provided while traveling. Salary £80,000. (CC4219)
