EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC COUPLE
IBIZA, SPAIN
Conversational Spanish essential
Housekeeper/Laundress/Light Cook/Maintenance person/Gardener/Driver/Security
Essential Requirements: SPANISH speaking to at least good conversational level. Previous private house experience. Driving licence essential. Happy to work longer hours when the principals are in residence. Specialist trades skills ie electrical, plumbing etc a big plus. Dog friendly.
Experienced domestic couple with experience in a similar position, is required to have sole care and responsibility of this Villa throughout the year. Primarily a holiday home, used by the principals and their guests at periods throughout the year. The property is approx 30 mins drive from Ibiza town. The current couple are retiring and returning to their home country.
Main duties between the couple are:
- Cleaning and maintenance of all rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Laundry and ironing with ability to care for fine clothes and fabrics.
- Light fresh healthy cooking as required.
- Driving to include airports runs, shopping, restaurants etc.
- Receive and serve guests
- Table setting and service.
- Contact and liaison with service providers and suppliers.
- General maintenance of the property to include external care of the swimming pool and terraces.
- Assistance with garden maintenance, overseeing and assisting the gardening team.
- Security and safety of the property
SALARY Circa 4,500-5,000 Euros net per month Self-contained 1 bedroom studio with air conditioning, heating, internet and TV. One must drive. BOTH MUST SPEAK GOOD CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH. Excellent references required. Sorry no pets or dependents ASAP Start. ( CC4155)
