Residential Housekeeper/houseman – Family Cook
Daily working hours 9am to 2pm & 5pm to 9pm.
Essential Requirements – Previous experience working in a VIP private residence. Kind and caring nature. Ability to prepare simple fresh family style meals for the principal on the Chefs Day off. Table service skills. Fluent English and strictly non-smoker.
Team player – Chef, driver, daily housekeeper employed.

An experienced housekeeper/houseman is required for a formal residence of HNW mature couple in Chelsea. You must have experience working in a HNW household and be a self-sufficient, organised and reliable housekeeper to take care of this immaculate home which has many precious items, artwork and antiques.
Essential that you have an eye for detail, take great care when handling any of the items and capable to follow instructions in regards the care of the Antiques.

Duties will also include:
• Day to day cleaning.
• Washing and ironing to a high standard.
• Assisting with packing and unpacking, polishing shoes, arranging dry cleaning etc.
• Preparing and cooking light fresh dishes on the Chefs days off.
• Table service and clearing, preparation and service of beverages when required.
• Occasional assistance with service at small entertaining events.
• Oversee security of the property when the principals are away.
• External sweeping of patio and terrace, watering pots and tidying.
• Liaison with external contractors, deliveries and running errands.

Salary Circa £45,000 Gross – Daily working hours are 9am to 2pm, a break in the afternoon and again from 5pm to 9pm.

2 days off per week usually Monday and Tuesday.
Separate 1 bedroom apartment in the grounds provided. Sorry no pets or dependents. (CC4174)
